Basic Emergency First Aid Kit - small enough to carry in your vest.
From the left:
1. The base, Zap Strap - recommended to have three(shown).
2. Absorbent pad - sterile packed
3. Saline water - tubes
4. Tensor bandage - normal
5. Sponges - several (6 min)- sterile packed
6. Scissors - industrial/heavy duty quality (at Pharmasave - about $3)
7. Nitro Spray - for those with bad heart or travelling with
8. Tape - type that breathes
9. Gauze Roll - sterile
