Member Awards Presentations - 2009/10 AGM:
Outstanding Service Award recipient Bill Burton.
President Chris Lee highlighted the thoughtful analytic contribution Bill Burton dedicated to the club over the past two years for this revitalization period. Bill never hesitated in helping out wherever he could and never refused a request. When asked to assist he jumped in with both feet and not only did the job, but did it to perfection. He is well deserving of this award.
Lifetime Membership Award - Bill Ratcliff
President Chris Lee reminded the membership that Lifetime Memberships are restricted to members in recognition of outstanding service or support to the Club over a period of years, or on the basis of a significant one time event. Bill Ratcliff more than fills the criteria. He was a major contributor to the Club’s survival which allowed it to rekindle and once again become an active vibrant organization. A tireless worker who always put the club before himself Bill joins the ranks of those previously honored.
